Zuken Completes Acquisition of the eCADSTAR & CADSTAR business from Longtime French Reseller

MUNICH, Germany, September 1, 2026 – Zuken today announced the completion of its acquisition of the eCADSTAR and CADSTAR business of Novacad, its longtime reseller and partner in France. The acquisition strengthens Zuken’s direct presence in the French market, enabling closer collaboration with customers while expanding local sales, technical support, and engineering expertise.

Novacad has represented Zuken’s PCB design solutions in France for many years, building strong relationships with customers across the country’s electronics industry. By bringing the business directly into its French organization, Zuken will further strengthen customer engagement while continuing to provide the high level of service customers expect.

Existing customers will experience a seamless transition, with no changes to their software licenses, support agreements, or primary points of contact.

As part of the acquisition, Youssef Amri will join Zuken’s French organization as Application Engineer Electronic. Having supported eCADSTAR and CADSTAR customers in France for many years, he brings extensive market knowledge and established customer relationships that will help ensure continuity while supporting future growth.
